Middle Aged, White, Veteran, Life Coach with a culinary degree, the mouth of a sailor and morals of a lady. Master of bad puns, punctuation and usually timing. Half puppy parent🐾. Three Time L&D Champion (05💙, 09💗 & 11💚) who really isn’t appropriate for anyone under 10 years old.

I think that about sums up the bullshit list.. not a fan of the social statistics we are all assigned.

Why Blog?

Simply because I want to.

I am a human being, and I have a voice. To those who are close to me, I am known to use it too much.

I am a lifelong member of the School of Undiagnosed Mental Disorders. Around here, we just refer to it as ‘My D Collection’.

I am a Woman, a mother, a sister, a daughter… a warrior, a healer, a keeper of kindness.

More than anything… I am a human being.

The Moral

This is a safe place to express thoughts, opinions and share kindness. This is a place to experience another humans emotions through all the moments we will share together.
