What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

I will start todays daily post by just saying this…

There are many pathways that life can take us down. For some it is a peaceful journey with very few distractions. For others their journey is the thing made up of nightmares. Then there is everyone else who lands somewhere in between.

My life looks like the fairy tale dream every little girl wishes for on the outside, but there is a very different view inside. It wasn’t until I absorbed fully what I am about to type here, that I found the strength and self love to answer a lifetime of unanswered questions.

The most important thing to carry with myself for all time is simply this:

We all want love. Everything we do is in pursuit of love. Yet we count the likes on social media and the numbers in your bank account. We are programmed to see love as something to earn or win. An endless competition against ourselves to fit in unknown expectations set forth by others.

Our obscured programming dilutes the actual truth that we, ourselves are indeed unique, beautifully infinite sources of eternal love.

Instead of seeking the love of the world, we must first seek the love inside ourselves.

Courage starts when we show up with enough self love and let ourselves be seen. It is only then you will be able to make way for the unpredictable and watch your world change around you.
