One Dream, One Joy

Describe one habit that brings you joy.

Meditation, if your looking for the short one sentence answer typical of most daily prompts.

But… more specifically the definitive answer is Meditation in Projection of the Divine in the Self.

More commonly known as voluntary Astral Projection.

Astral projection is a term used to describe an intentional out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of a subtle body, known as the astral body or body of light, through which consciousness can function separately from the physical body and travel throughout the astral plane.

Sounds like something straight from a Marvel movie, yeah?! Something assigned to only the elite squad of super hero’s. However, it indeed is a reality. Infact, all of us have breached the plane of Astral Projection at least once in our lives.

Have you ever dreamt of a toilet and woken to found you’ve expressed yourself in the sheets? I have. Infact it is one of the only dreams that I can remember with vivid detail.

These kinds of dreams are called Lucid Dreams. They are produced in the Hypothalamus during non REM sleep cycles in which our body has already slowed and calmed our processes, yet we are not deeply asleep.

Lucid dreaming and Astral Projection are one in the same. Both are considered an out-of-body experience. The key difference is one is controlled and the other isn’t.

While dreaming it is impossible to influence where your projection might take you. With meditation, it is possible to zone target the projection by using influence.
