I apologize for completely missing your question on my Transformation Tuesday post back in late April. I cannot provide a reasonable excuse, outside of the fact that I didn’t see it. Probably because I wasn’t exactly sure how to check my comments when I started this blog.

Anyhow, in response— I researched my body and how I function. Then I compared all of my findings against how others felt. I really did not change my overall lifestyle. I simply figured out what worked best for me.

The best tip I can give you is to listen to yourself. Try to remain in the most natural state you can in order to learn where the pain or ache is actually coming from. Cravings aren’t bad, they are usually your body telling you what you need. The biggest thing is… you’re thirsty more than your hungry.

People fail to realize there are just as many calories in that cheeseburger as there is in that Starbucks boujee drank.
