As for your neighbors’ laissez-faire attitude towards their vocal companions, well, some people are just blessed with an abundance of confidence and a shortage of common sense. But hey, at least they’re consistent – if by consistent you mean consistently yelling at their dogs to shut up every 20 minutes.
