What is the legacy you want to leave behind?
Uhhhhhh…..
Dearest Gentle Reader,
Well, shit! Here we are again. Your author finds herself reclining in the morning breeze of the open apartment windows totally solicitous about answering this prompt.
If I am to remain completely honest, the failure of definition is causing some neurodivergent triggers.
There is little that triggers your author into absolute ‘internet troll’ more than the gross misuse of basic dialect on a websites designed specifically for writing.
Instead of being a scathing scandalous skank and just flat saying,
THIS PROMPT SUCKS, yet again…. let me attempt to barely participate.
LEGACY (n.)
1. Noun– (law) a gift of personal property by will.
2. Noun– practices that are handed down from the past by tradition.
3. Adjective– relating to outdated software or hardware still in use.
4.Noun– an applicant to an educational institution who is given special preference because a parent or relative attended that institution.
(Derived from the Latin verb, ‘legare’– ‘to appoint by a last will, sent as an ambassador.’ )
I have nothing but my humor and words to leave behind. As for passing on to my children… maybe the kindness in their hearts….
