Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
Will she answer????????

Dearest Gentle Reader,
This morning prompt comes at a rather unique a time in your authors world. You see, I volunteered to take Selexa a little over 14 days ago.
After a little over a year of pure unadulterated disasters, my mental health was in the proverbial garbage.
Go back through the history of posts. The depression and anxiety are very present in the communications of the past.
Your author has lived a very storied life that for the majority of her adult life has been surviving paycheck to paycheck. It’s really an ageless story. Payday comes Monday and if you’re lucky you can still get a double cheeseburger on Wednesday.
This is not an uncommon lifestyle for most Americans. Unfortunately, the generations following the Boomers have been left to fit the bill of a warmongering nation that frankly doesn’t give a shit about us.
(Side note: If you are one that needs solid, non deniable proof: Northrop Grumman got federal funding to put a train on the moon, yet the general population can’t get healthcare. CLICK HERE FOR FACTS.)
Your author has participated in two wars mandated by other people. Two. All because “you follow orders or you go to prison”.
She was lucky enough to find a loophole in order to avoid serving under Donnie T & Fourth Reich by having a full on ptsd mental breakdown. Enough was more than enough for this gal.
Now, all she does is try to regain and relearn a child that was reprogrammed inappropriately and used by her government then thrown out like yesterday’s food scraps.
So yeah, every day is filled with sustainability. Otherwise the reality of mortality becomes someone else calling to remove a body from where it should not be.
Next stupid question please!
