Dearest Gentle Reader,

Four days ago, the United States elected Donald Trump as the President Elect.

Since then, this author has electively taken a break from all social and regular media for her sanity.

You see, life as an American citizen is not what the tourism department sells.

America is beautiful with its vast rolling lands and natural beauty. However the people are a behavioral nightmare. The economy is in the toilet, and unless you’ve got a 5 figure savings deposit and one hell of an entrepreneurial spirit – 3/10⭐️ do not recommend.

Society as a whole is completely overstimulated and overwhelmed with the colors of our original civil war once again pitting human against human.

Just this morning your author observed a post on Threads. The original poster was expressing how her “TSP” (Trump Supporter Personnel) issued an ultimatum based upon the way she voted. She needed to apologize to her mother because her mother was upset over her child voting for the other side.

Every American has been a victim of manipulation and control. We won’t even mention the 51% of Women who openly voted against themselves….

If we grew up in a desert, our water-seeking behavior is gonna lack experience & skill.

Growing up in an abusive society is like growing up in a relational “desert”– so maybe it makes sense we have to relearn how to seek safe, non-toxic relationships as adults.

Yet, here we sit on the precipice of the second Civil War waiting for January 20th.

No podcasts here. Instead, isolation and binge watching Westworld and Succession while fervently attempting to solve real life issues before Women’s rights become a thing of the past.
